Day 5 - Byodo-In temple, swapmeet, Manoa Falls, scoping out Waikiki and Kaneohe.

Today we went to the Byodo-In temple, and the swap meet again to get a couple thank you and mother's day gifts. Scott also got a double sword and I got a neat wooden bowl for Mother's day. We got a sweater for Scott's mom for Mother's day/watching Sam, and also one for Scott's sister Teresa. We got my sister in law Karla an I am a child of god decoration that was made of sand/wood etc. Next we tried to go to the Lyon Arboretum, but they were closed so we just went to our next stop - Manoa Falls.

On the way to the Byodo-In temple we took a picture of Kualoa Ranch - Here they filmed some of Jurrasic Park, Godzilla, Lost, 50 first dates and many other movies.

There was a sign on this tree at the beginning of this hike. It was a warning sign that said this stuff on the tree was a mud bacteria or something.

Scott and I found our Summer home.

This was a big branch that fell off of a huge tree!

Scott was small compared to all of these trees.

This reminded me of The Nightmare before Christmas.

There was a waterfall in the distance - apparently it was different than the one we were hiking to.

The waterfall was twice this height, my camera couldn't get the whole thing.
