Baby Brett is Here!

Baby Brett is here!  He weighed 9lbs 6oz!  Everything went great with the labor, and recovery is going really well.  He did have to be watched for a while since he was LGA (large for gestational age).  They had to check his blood sugars repeatedly at the hospital as they got really low (35).  By the time we left they were up to 60 though.  Baby Brett is such a cutie and we are so grateful he is finally here!  When my Mom stopped by so Sam could meet his brother, he just kept petting Baby Brett on the head.  It was really cute!





The spots on my head here are broken blood vessels from pushing.  =S  Picture them even darker though, I had foundation on in this pic.
