Shots, Sam's (second) first birthday party and the Durrant family Christmas party

On Friday Sam had his 12 month doctors appointment. We found out he is average weight, tall and has a huge head! He also got four shots... one of which bled a lot. Poor boy! That night we celebrated Sam's birthday Party with Scott's family and some of our friends at our house. We had 2 yummy cakes and Sam got a lot of attention and presents. Sam did awesome too. I was told he would get grumpy from the shots, but he was happy and we all had a great time. Sam also enjoyed digging into his cake without anyone restraining him.

On Saturday we had the Durrant family Christmas party. I enjoyed watching Sam's reactions to his second cousins that are close to his age. They were all so cute!
